“Live to Ride. Live to Give” Blood Drive and” His and Hers Harleys” Giveaway Official Rules:

Donors, 18 and older, who register to make a blood and/or apheresis donation at any Community Blood Center (CBC) branch or at any CBC blood drive location during the dates of July 5, 2010 – September 4, 2010 will be automatically entered to win a pair of Harley motorcycles [2009 H-D® XL 1200n Sportster® 1200 Nightster (black & orange) and a 2010 H-D® XL 883N Sportster® Iron 883 (black)], valued at approximately $18,000. Donors who do not provide complete registration information will not be eligible. Successful completion of blood or apheresis donation is not required to win. The Winner will be selected on or about September 16, 2010 from ten randomly drawn finalists. CBC will notify the finalists by phone call or email. Finalists shall have 48 hours to respond to notification of their selection or an alternative finalist will be chosen. A Finalist on request must produce proof of identification.  Chances of winning are based upon the number of registered donors. Each registered donor receives one chance to win. Each Finalist and the Winner must agree to the use of his or her name and likeness, without additional compensation, for the purposes of publicity and promotion. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Winner will be responsible for any tax liability and will provide CBC with his or her SS# number and any other applicable information for the purpose of preparing IRS Form 1099. Winner must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by CBC acknowledging his or her acceptance and understanding of these Official Rules, releasing CBC from any and all liability related to this raffle and the prize, and indemnifying CBC for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize. CBC retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make a substitution of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of the prize for any reason. Community Blood Center/Community Tissue Services, Gover Harley-Davidson and Reach Magazine employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the giveaway.
